Q: I’m not a lingerie type girl. Can I still do boudoir?
A: Absolutely! Lingerie is not the only way to look and feel sexy. You can do a boudoir shoot wearing a dress, robe, button-up, etc. We will help you pick out the perfect outfits that showcase you during your complimentary wardrobe consultation!
Q: I’m not sure I feel comfortable spending money on myself.
A: It’s not often that we are left with the chance to capture our beauty, strength, intelligence and so much more. As we age, our bodies change and who we were last year is often quite a big difference from who we have become. Spending money on this experience will leave you happy that you did as you are going to create so many strong memories and will gain a new light in your life after realizing how much of a star you truly are. Q: What are my payment options regarding the purchasing of my images?
A: Every Client is offered a pre-session payment plan that can start as early as the day they book their session and can extend until the week prior to their session. We also provide our clients with bonuses valued at over $1000 if they pre-purchase a collection. Should you decline to set up a payment plan or pre-purchase a collection, you will simply coming to your Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment following your boudoir session and pay in for for your purchase, however, you will not be able to take advantage of the bonuses.
Q: Can I get a payment plan after the Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment?
No. We do not offer payment plans after the Boudoir Session or after the Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment. Payment plans are only available between the date of booking and the session date.
Q: What if I don’t like my pictures?
A: After photographing women for many years, and having received formal training in lighting and posing, as well as emotive photography, I’m confident that you will be thrilled with the finished product. However, if for any reason you’re unsatisfied you may opt out of purchasing your photos, however if you have paid towards your purchase, you will forgo all monies paid and will not receive any items from your Image Reveal & Ordering session.
Q: Do you include hair extensions?
A: If you’d like hair extensions you’ll need to arrive with them in and our hair artist will style them in with your natural hair. Please note that if you are getting braids or extensions added you will need to prepare for spending longer with our studio and will be required to pay a fee for the specialized service for our stylist.
Q: Can I bring someone with me to the shoot?
A: Nope. We want your focus 100% of the time, and if you are thinking about your friend or significant other waiting in the other room for you, then you aren’t as likely to open up and explore your emotive state with us the way you want to. We have found that 99% of the time, guests are a distraction. If you are interested in meeting me before your session, we can schedule your prep session for in-person instead of over the phone.
Q: What is a Pre-session payment plan?
A: For clients who wish to discuss setting up a payment plan, we offer a payment plan phone call to take all your info and make it easy for you to get set up. Basically, how it works, is you select a Collection within your desired budget and create a payment plan from that monetary amount. If there are 12 weeks before your session, for instance, you could chose to have your payment plan be automatically drafted weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly for a set amount so that when your session date arrives, your order is paid in full. Pre-session Payment Plans are not refundable if you cancel your session or if you choose to spend less than the amount you financed. We will send you a separate Payment Plan Contract which will outline all of the terms.
Q: What type of payments do you accept?
A: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, PayPal, and PayPal Credit. We do not accept checks. For Payment Plans, we only accept credit/debit cards or PayPal Credit.
Q: Can I just get the digital images?
A: The corresponding digital files come with any collection you purchase. Digital files are available as a separate purchase.
Q: Can I bring someone to the viewing?
A: No, we don’t allow anyone else with you during the entirety of your session so that you can openly feel YOUR feelings about the images that were taken of you when you sit down during your Reveal portion of the session. Sometimes people we bring with us aren’t as supportive as we hope and we don’t want risk your feelings to be influenced by someone else.
Q: What if I want a product you don’t offer?
A: Let us know during your phone consultation or anytime after you’ve booked your session to discuss your vision and we will do our best to create what you are looking for!
Q: After my order is placed, will I be able to purchase other images not initially purchased from that shoot in the future?
A: No. We do one viewing and ordering session. As discussed in the Session Guide and your contract, we do not archive your unpurchased images. Therefore, you will not be able to return and order additional images. With storage restraints, we only keep the images you purchase for up to 6 months, unless an extension fee of $500 is paid. Any images not purchased are deleted after your Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment. However, if you purchase the Digital Collection with the high-resolution files, you can send them to us for printing or you may print them through a third-party.
Q: Can I come back to purchase my images later?
A: No. We do one viewing and ordering session. With storage restraints, we only keep the images you purchase for up to 6 months, unless an extension fee of $500 is paid for those who have placed an order. Our pre-payment plans are the perfect way to ensure you will be able to walk away with your gorgeous album or metal prints. We delete all unpurchased images immediately after your Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment.
Q: Can I get a refund or change my order?
A: All sales are final. Once your Image Reveal & Order Appointment are complete, we will have have you fill out a Final Sales agreement, which states that we cannot allow for changes to your order. This is studio policy for all clients and no exceptions will be made. You may not chance, alter, add, reduce, or request any other types of changes after the Ordering Appointment. Pre-session Payment Plans are not refundable if you cancel your session or if you choose to spend less than the amount you financed.
